Experience the warmth of genuine Kiwi hospitality at my traditional home in Papanui, Christchurch. Whether you're touring with me or using my rental vehicle, I offer complete flexibility with your accommodation.

Pay only for the nights you stay and keep your schedule adaptable to chase good weather for those unforgettable South Island experiences. Located just a 4-minute walk from Papanui Road, you're a 10-minute bus ride from the city centre or less than 10 minutes drive from the International Airport.

As your host, I speak both English and Japanese fluently, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay for all guests.

## Stay Flexible, See More

I strongly recommend that visitors keep a flexible itinerary. Many of my guests wish to visit Aoraki Mt Cook, go whale watching in Kaikoura, or ride the TranzAlpine train.

By booking 3 or 4 nights in Christchurch, you have a much higher chance of enjoying these experiences when the weather is on your side. Christchurch has approximately 85 days of rain per year (650mm), while Aoraki Mt Cook has nearly 180 rainy days and between 3 to 4 metres of annual rainfall.
