### How do I book a tour?

Fill out the contact form on this page or email me directly. I'll reply within 24 hours to discuss your interests and put together a custom itinerary.

### Are the tours private?

Yes — every tour is fully private. It's just you (and your group) with me as your guide. You're never on a bus with strangers.

### Can tours be customised?

Always. Every tour is shaped around your interests, fitness, and schedule. Want to spend longer at a vineyard? Stop more often for photos? Just say.

### What's included in the price?

Tours include transport in my vehicle, my guiding, and local knowledge. Entry fees, meals, and activities are typically extra unless specified.

### Do you speak Japanese?

Yes. I'm fluent in Japanese and have been guiding Japanese visitors for over 30 years. 日本語でのご案内も可能です。

### What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 7 days before the tour for a full refund, less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations within 7 days are not refunded. If Craig has to cancel, for example for unsafe weather, you choose a new date or a full refund. Full details are in the Terms of Service.

### How many people can join?

Tours take up to 4 guests in my vehicle. For larger groups, ask and I'll suggest options.

### What should I bring?

Comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing for changeable weather, sunscreen, a camera, and an open mind.
