There is only one correct answer that I can think off...courtesy of Mr Eckhart and our friends at American Express.

I often get asked by my clients when is the best time to come on a CanNZ Tour. I always reply October because that is the month when our city is ablaze with blossom. However the writer Eckhart Tolle has the correct answer as...Now....!!!!

I recollect in my distant memory my Mother harvesting broad beans in July in Scotland and we would pod them out and then blanch them briefly in boiling water for a minute or so before putting them in containers to freeze down for the Winter. Now I harvest my broad beans listening to my I pod as I pod the beans..of course listening to podcasts as i do...

Dont ask me what the dog is listening to..I pod Broad Beans Not exactly black and white.....

Right now its the best season for Rhododendrons here in Christchurch. For the month of October and November the city is a mass of these magnificent bushes in brilliant reds, pinks and purples. The word comes from the greek " Rhodos " Rose and " Dendron " meaning tree....
